How To Make Soft Boiled Eggs

Not many recipes call for these, but every time I make ramen I tell people to use these, they are better than the typical hard boil egg.  Here is how I make mine, and they turn out great every time (as long as you don’t use fresh laid eggs that is lol).  My shells stuck a bit because the eggs were laid this morning.

Directions:

-Only do 3 or less eggs at a time.

-Place eggs in pot, sprinkle with salt, add enough water to cover eggs.  Bring pot to boil.  Remove from heat, cover and allow to sit for 7 minutes.

-Remove eggs and place in ice water.  Peel and use as needed.  Enjoy!
