Not many recipes call for these, but every time I make ramen I tell people to use these, they are better than the typical hard boil egg. Here is how I make mine, and they turn out great every time (as long as you don’t use fresh laid eggs that is lol). My shells stuck a bit because the eggs were laid this morning.
Directions:
-Only do 3 or less eggs at a time.
-Place eggs in pot, sprinkle with salt, add enough water to cover eggs. Bring pot to boil. Remove from heat, cover and allow to sit for 7 minutes.
-Remove eggs and place in ice water. Peel and use as needed. Enjoy!
