Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges



6 Medium/large Red Potatoes (can use about 4 large Russets)

3T Olive Oil

1 T Italian Dressing

1 tsp. Seasoning Salt (I prefer Lawry’s)

1tsp. Garlic Salt

2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

2T Garlic Powder

1/C Parmesan Cheese, Grated


-Cut Potatoes into wedges.  In large bowl place potato wedges and olive oil and Italian dressing.  Coat potatoes in mixture.

-Combine rest of ingredients, except cheese in small bowl.

-Grease 13X9 inch baking pan.  Place potatoes, skin side down. (I poured the remaining oil into the bottom of pan, but you don’t have to) Top with remaining ingredients, you are simply wanting to lightly dust the potatoes with the seasoning.  Top with cheese.

-Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are done.  Enjoy!

I found that these are amazing dipped in ranch dressing.
