1/4C Butter (half stick, unsalted)
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt (heaping 1/4 tsp)
Dash Onion Powder
-In small saucepan, over medium low heat, melt butter. Do not stir. Once melted, if there is any foam on top, remove and discard. You will see two layers, one of melted butter and the other of the milk protein. Spoon out butter, avoiding milk proteins. You are essentially making clarified butter. Place in separate bowl.
-Whisk in remaining ingredients.
-Mixture will thicken as it cool. Stir well before use. Enjoy with your favorite Pizza.
