These are super simple to make and take less than 30 minutes from prep to done. But don’t worry these are flavor packed and sure to set off your next pasta night or even sandwich into a new family favorite.
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Yellow Onion, minced
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 C Powdered Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C Breadcrumbs (I used Italian Seasoned)
3 T Tomato Paste
2 T Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 T Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
-In large bowl combine all ingredients, don’t over work but you want everything well mixed together.
-Roll mixture into about 1 inch balls, place on parchment lined baking sheet.
-Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly browned on top. Enjoy!
