Wagon Wheel Pasta Salad

I needed a kid friendly pasta salad for dinner, for my boys, wheels are life.  Hence this recipe was created, plus it contains some of their favorite food (peas, broccoli and ranch).

Ingredients:

1lb. Bag Wagon Wheel Pasta

1 C Frozen Corn, defrosted

1 C Frozen Peas, defrosted

2 Heads Broccoli, florets removed

15 oz. Bacon Ranch Dressing (regular is fine)

1/4 C Italian Dressing

1/2 tsp. Chipotle Chili Powder (optional)

Directions:

-Mix Ranch and Italian Dressing with chili powder together, set aside.

-Place broccoli florets in steamer basket, sprinkle with salt, steam 5 minutes.  Remove and dice small.

-Cook pasta per package directions, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking and cool off.  Drain again.

-Mix pasta, peas, corn and broccoli together; add in ranch mix, stir well to blend.  Place in fridge at least 1 hour prior to serving.

-Stir well before serving.  Enjoy!
