Baked BBQ Rub Chicken Wings

My family loves wings, and the tiny humans love BBQ Sauce.  The problem is that its super messy, I created a rub that gives the flavor of BBQ Sauce without the mess.

12 Chicken Wings, tips removed, cut into winglets (cut at joint to form one into 2 pieces)

1/2 T Dry Mustard

1/2 T Brown Sugar

2 tsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp. Ground Coriander

1 tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 tsp. Granulated Onion

1 tsp. Cumin

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Dried Ground Oregano

1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika

Olive Oil for drizzle

-Mix all ingredients together except wings and olive oil, set aside.

-Dry wings with paper towel, place in bowl.  Lightyly drizzle with olive oil, toss with hands to coat.  Toss in rub mix and again toss to coat.

-Coat a large baking sheet with foil, top with cooling rack.  Place wings on rack and allow to rest 15 minutes prior to cooking.

-Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes, flip over wings Reduce temp to 375 and bake an additional   12-18 minutes.  Enjoy!
