Shallot and Worcestershire Sauce Green Beans


1 lb. Fresh Green Beans, trimmed and washed

1 T Butter

1 Medium Shallot, finely diced

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce

1/3 C Vegetable Broth

Salt and Pepper to taste


-In large skillet over medium high heat melt butter.  Add in shallot, cook 2 minutes, add in beans, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and broth.

-Cover and cook 5 minutes.

-Remove lid and cook an additional 5 minutes.  Enjoy!
