Steakhouse Marinade

This is a great marinade for any cut of steak, its easy to make but packed with flavor.


1/2 C Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 C Olive Oil

1/4 C Soy Sauce

3T Sugar

2 T Tomato Paste, double concentrated is best

1 1/2 T Dijon Mustard

1 T Molasses

1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic


-Combine all ingredients in bowl.  Place steak in airtight container or sealable bag.  Pour marinade over meat, marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour.

-Drain off marinade, and allow meat to come to almost room temperature before cooking.

-Cook as you wish.  Enjoy!
