Apple Cider Grilled Baby Back Ribs

I had a gallon of apple cider left over from the fall, so I decided to use it for this recipe.  The flavor of this recipe is sure to please any rib lover, its sweet and savory and tastes amazing.

Ingredients:

1.5-2.5 lb. Pork Baby Back Ribs

Sauce:

3 C Apple Cider

1/3 C Brown Sugar

2 T Honey

1T Molasses

1/2 T Salt

1/4 tsp. Ground Allspice

Chipotle Chili Powder to taste

Directions:

Sauce:

-In medium pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients, allow to come to low boil, cook 20 minutes or until sauce reduces some (it will reduce about 1/2 C), stir often to prevent sticking and burning.

Ribs:

-Remove silver skin from bottom of ribs, rinse and pat dry with paper towels.

-Heat one burner on grill farthest from cooking area.  Heat grill to at least 300 degrees, place ribs on grill.

-Cook 1 -1 1/2 hours, flip and cook an additional 1 1/2 hours.  Brush sauce often onto ribs.
