I needed a new compound butter for grilled corn on the cob, this was the latest creation. The smoked paprika gives this butter the perfect taste in combination with the parmesan cheese.
1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softened
1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt to taste
-Place all ingredients in bowl, using hand mixer combine all ingredients well.
-Place on saran wrap and roll and wrap up. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing. Can be placed in bowl and served room temperature if you desire as well. Enjoy!
