Lemon Dill Compound Butter

This butter is great on corn, but it is also amazing on fish and chicken.

Ingredients:

1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softened

Zest of 1 Lemon

1/2 Lemon Juiced

1 1/2 T Fresh Dill, diced

Garlic Salt to taste

Directions:

-In medium bowl, using hand mixer combine all ingredients.  Place on saran wrap and roll and seal, refrigerate 1 hour prior to slicing.  You can also place in bowl and serve room temperature.  Enjoy!
