Funfetti Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 C Funfetti Cake Mix

2 C Bisquick

2 C Milk

2 tsp. Vanilla

4 Eggs, beaten

1/4 C Rainbow Sprinkles + more for serving

Frosting Syrup:

2 T Butter, softened

1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar

3 T Milk

2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

-In large bowl combine all ingredients except syrup.  Don’t over mix, just mix enough to blend well.  Cook as you would any other pancakes.

-Using hand mixer, blend all syrup ingredients together.  Can use more or less milk for desired consistency.

-Serve cooked pancakes with syrup, whipped topping and more sprinkles if you desire.  Enjoy!
