BBQ Pulled Pork Spaghetti Casserole


1 lb. Pulled Pork

1 C BBQ Sauce, ensure GF

14 oz. Box GF Spaghetti Noodles

1 C BBQ Sauce, ensure GF

8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce

1 T Concentrated Tomato Paste

1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream

4 T Chives, diced

3/4 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

3/4 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese


-In large bowl combine pulled pork and 1 C BBQ Sauce, set aside.

-Cook Noodles per package directions, you want them al dente (don’t overcook or they may become mushy).

-In small pot over medium heat combine 1 C BBQ Sauce, cream, tomato sauce and tomato paste.  Cook about 5 minutes or until warmed through and all ingredients combined.

-Place noodle and sauce with pork.  Grease 13X9 inch baking pan, pour in noodle mixture, top with cheeses.  Cover with foil, bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Remove from oven and allow to sit and cool at least 10 minutes prior to serving.  Can top with diced parsley and more BBQ Sauce before serving if you desire.  Enjoy!
