Tarragon Grilled London Broil


1.5 -3 lb. London Broil

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

3 T Soy Sauce

1 T Olive Oil

1 T Concentrated Tomato Paste

1 1/2 T Spicy Mustard

2 tsp. Dried Tarragon

1 tsp. Fresh Tarragon, chopped

1/2 tsp. Frank’s Hot Sauce (any other will work)

1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano


-Mix all ingredients expect roast together.  Place roast in sealable bag, pour marinade over, seal bag and refrigerate 4 hours.

-Heat grill to 400 degrees, place roast on grill.  Cook 8-15 minutes (times may vary depending on size of roast), flipping once. Don’t over cook this type of meat or it will become dry and chewy. Remove from grill and allow to rest at least 10 minutes prior to slicing.  Enjoy!
