Its almost summer, so my grill is used often. My tiny humans love corn, so I’m always stuck trying to find new flavors to add to make it new and interesting.
4-6 Ears of Corn
1 Stick Butter
3 T A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika
Chipotle Chili Powder to taste
-In bowl using hand mixer, combine all ingredients except corn.
-Pull back on side of corn husk (do not remove), place 1 1/2 tsp. of butter mixture on corn that has been exposed, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place husk back over butter. Do this for all corn.
-Heat grill to at least 350, place corn on grill, butter side up. Cook 8-15 minutes or until corn is tender. Remove from grill, remove husks. Top with extra butter. Enjoy!
