1 lb. Shrimp, deveined and peeled
Salt and Pepper for dusting
3 T Unsalted Butter
1 T Fresh Dill
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 T Orange Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Orange Zest
1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
-In large skillet over medium heat melt butter, add in thyme, garlic and dill. Cook, stirring often to prevent burning until butter turns golden brown color. Pour butter into another dish.
-Dust shrimp in salt and pepper, cook in skillet until lightly pink. Pour in butter, orange juice, zest, and paprika. Cook an additional minute.
-Serve shrimp with sauce. Enjoy!
