Creamy Feta Dip

(Yields About 2C of dip)


1/2 Block Cream Cheese, softened

3-4 oz. Feta Cheese (I used 3.5 oz)

1/3 C Whole Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

1 T Fresh Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1 1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic

1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt

1/8tsp. Dried Dill

Black Pepper to taste

1 T Fresh Parsley, finely diced


-In bowl combine all ingredients except parsley until creamy and well blended.  Place in bowl. Top with parsley.

Great served with pita crackers or any cracker.  Enjoy!
