1 lb. Ground Beef Sirloin
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
3 oz. Prosciutto, chopped small
1/2 Red Onion, minced
1 T Concentrated Tomato Paste
2 T Fresh Basil, finely diced
1 T Fresh Parsley, finely diced
1/4 C Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1/4 C Italian Breadcrumbs
1/4 C +2 T Powdered Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese
-In large bowl combine all ingredients, except provolone. Allow to sit in fridge for 2 hours.
-Form into patties (I got 7 decent sized out of this recipe)
-Cook on grill until done. Top with provolone and allow to melt.
-Top with your favorite ingredients. Great topped with pickled banana pepper, sliced red onion, lettuce and tomato Enjoy!
