This is a very easy and tasty recipe that is sure to please the masses during any summer cookouts.
4-6 Ears of Corn
7 T Salted Sweet Cream Butter
2 T Fresh Diced Cilantro
1 tsp. Smoke Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
-In medium bowl combine all ingredients except corn. Peel back one part of husk, place 1/2 T Butter mixture onto corn.
-Heat grill to at least 400 degrees, place corn on grill, ensure that the butter side is on top. Cook 8-15 minutes or until corn becomes tender.
-Remove from grill, remove husk, serve with remaining butter. Enjoy!
