Greek Inspired Grilled Chicken


4-6 Chicken Breasts, you want the ones with bone and skin


1/2 C Olive Oil

3T Red Wine Vinegar

2 T Lemon Juice

2 T Fresh Oregano, diced

1 T Minced Garlic

1 1/2 T Fresh Thyme

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper


Zest of one large Lemon

Juice of one Large Lemon

1/3 C Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic

1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme

1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp. Dried Basil

Salt and Pepper to taste


-Mix all marinade ingredients together, place chicken in sealable bag, pour in marinade.  Allow to marinate at least 1 hour, I suggest at 4+ for best taste.

-Combine all sauce ingredients together.

-Heat grill to at least 350 degrees, brush with olive oil.  Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill.  Brush on sauce as you cook chicken, be sure to flip at least once.

-Remove from grill once done and allow to rest before serving. Enjoy!
