So many love beef stew, but I decided to cut everything small and add more broth to turn the classic into something new, that and we needed something to dip grilled cheese into lol. This recipe is simple but amazing.
1 lb. Beef Stew Meat, diced small
3 Carrots, diced small
3 Celery Stalks, diced small
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2-3 Red Potatoes (amount depends on size), diced small
1/2 Medium Yellow Onion, finely diced
2T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 T Fresh Tarragon, finely chopped
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Ground Sage
6-7 C Beef Stock (amount depends on how you like your soup, thin or thick)
-Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy!
