9-12 Boneless, Skinless Pork Chop
Syrup from Guava Can
0.7oz. Package Italian Dressing
28 oz. Can Peeled Whole Guavas (drained, reserve syrup)
8oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Honey
1 Large Clove Garlic, minced
1/4 C Orange Juice
1 T Sriracha or to taste
1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice
1/4 tsp. Cumin
-Mix syrup and Italian dressing together, coat pork chops in mix, place in airtight bag and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
-Place guavas in food processor, puree. Place mixture through a mesh sieve to remove seeds.
-Pour pureed guava and other sauce ingredients in medium pot over medium heat, bring to low boil. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
-Heat grill, place pork chops on grill and brush on guava sauce as they cook. Enjoy!
