3-4 Pieces Cod
1 T Olive Oil
4T White Wine
2 T Unsalted Butter
1/4 C Ponzu Sauce
-Season cod with salt and pepper.
-In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add in cod, cook until sides are golden brown.
-Pour in wine, cover reduce heat to medium, cook for 5 minutes. Remove cod, pour off wine.
-Add in butter and ponzu sauce. Bring to boil, add in cod, cook until cod reaches desired doneness.
-Serve with sauce over top, can top with sliced scallions. Enjoy!
