BBQ Pork Noodle Soup


3 Carrots, sliced thin

3 Celery Stalks, sliced thin

1 Yellow Onion, finely diced

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 C BBQ Sauce

6 C Chicken Broth

1 T Dijon Mustard

1 tsp. Paprika

1/2 tsp. Sage

1/2 tsp. Thyme

1/2 tsp. Cumin

Salt and Pepper to taste

4C Cooke Pork (I used tenderloin, but could use anything you wish) diced or shredded

1 C Penne Pasta


-Place all ingredients except pork and pasta.  Cook low for six hours.  Add in pork and pasta 30 minutes prior to serving.  Enjoy!
