1 C Raw Diced Chicken
2 T Olive Oil
1 T Taco Seasoning
1 Flat Bread Dough
1/2 C Salsa Verde
1/4 Small Yellow Onion, sliced or diced
1/8 C Canned Diced Green Chilies
1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
-In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil, add in chicken, when chicken is half cooked toss in taco seasoning, cook until chicken completely cooks. Set aside.
-Roll out dough, place on parchment lined baking sheet. Top with salsa Verde. Sprinkle chicken, chilies and onion. Top with cheeses.
-Bake per package directions. Mine was 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to rest and cool about 10 minutes prior to cutting and serving. Enjoy!
