1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T Butter
2 T Orange Juice
2 T Coconut Cream (thick cream on top of coconut milk in can)
Pinch Dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
-In skillet over medium heat melt butter, add in orange juice, coconut cream, thyme and salt and pepper. Allow cream to melt.
-Add in shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes, flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with sauce. Enjoy!
