1 Small Head Cabbage, rough diced
3 T Butter
Salt and Pepper

2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I use Dubliner)
Rye Sandwich Bread (I use seedless)
-In large skillet over medium high heat, melt 3 T Butter, add cabbage and toss in butter, dust with salt and pepper. Cook until cabbage wilts and browns slightly. Remove from pan and set aside.
-Spread a light coating of butter on inside of bread, toast in skillet over medium low to medium heat. Once golden and toasted, top with a light amount of cheese, beef, cabbage and more cheese, top with toasted slice of bread. Coat outside of all sandwiches and toast until golden brown and cheese melted. Enjoy!
