1/4 C Unsalted Butter
1 Cara Cara Orange, zested and juiced
1.5 oz Water
3 T Miso (any is fine, I used half red, half white)
2 T Soy Sauce (use gf if needed)
1 1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1/16 tsp. Ground Allspice
Red Pepper Flake to taste
-In small pot over medium/low heat, melt butter. Add in orange juice, zest and all other ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
-Use as you would any other wing sauce. Enjoy!
