Apricot Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 C Apricot Preserves

1/4 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce (use GF if needed)

1/4 C Water

1 T Cornstarch

1 T Rice Wine Vinegar

1 T Brown Sugar

1 T Sesame Oil

1/2 T Sriracha Hot Sauce

1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice

Directions:

-Combine all ingredients, ensure that preserves are blended.

-Cook meat and veggies as you wish for stir fry, before meat and veggies are fully cooked pour in sauce, cover reduce temperature and simmer 10 minutes.  Serve over your favorite rice or noodles. Enjoy!
