Easy Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 lb. Fingerling Potatoes

3 T Olive Oil

1/2 T Dijon Mustard

1/2 T Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. Paprika

1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:

-Cut potatoes in half lengthways, place in large bowl. In small bowl, combine olive oil, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over potatoes, and mix to ensure even coating. Pour in spices, and stir to cover.

-Place potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake 400 degrees 35-40 minutes.  Enjoy!
