Okay, I am southern, so when I think of pork, my first thought is bbq. I decided that I wanted to use the pork in stir fry, so I created this sauce to go hand in hand with Asian inspired meal.
1 C BBQ Sauce of Choice
4 oz. Water
2 T Rice Vinegar
2 T Brown Sugar
1 T Soy Sauce
1 T Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 T Arrowroot Powder (can use cornstarch)
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Green Onions, sliced thin (white and light green parts)
-Combine all ingredients in small pot, over medium heat, whisk to combine water with other ingredients. Bring to simmer, reduce heat and cook 12 minutes.
Use as you would any other stir fry sauce, Enjoy!
