1.5 lb. Ground Beef (I like the higher fat content)
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T Taco Seasoning
3T Diced Fresh Cilantro
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Red Onion, minced
2 Slices Bacon, diced small
1/3 C Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper
2 Slices Bacon, cooked crisp, per burger
Sliced Monterrey Jack Cheese
Nacho Cheese Sauce of Choice (I like Velvetta and Rotel)
-In bowl, combine all ingredients to salt and pepper, allow to sit 1 hour before forming into burgers.
-Form meat mixture in to patties. Cook on grill to desired doneness, place bacon on top, then cheese and allow to melt.
-Place some cheese sauce on bottom of bun, place patty on bun, top with your favorite toppings, more cheese sauce on top. Enjoy!
