Ranch Fingerling Potatoes



1.5 lb. Fingerling Potatoes

1/4 C Olive Oil

1 oz Package Ranch Dressing

1 T Italian Seasoning

Pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan for serving


-Cut potatoes in half, long way.  Place in bowl, coat in olive oil.

-Mix in ranch, Italian seasoning and pepper.

-Place on parchment or foil lined baking dish.  Bake 400 degrees for 30-40minutes, or until tender.

-Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan before serving. Enjoy!
