I had to find a name for this recipe that truly suited the amazing taste that is contained in this cauliflower. The best thing I could come up with is addictive, because you simply cant stop eating this stuff; its got the best taste, and my tiny humans thought it was chicken, so that was a huge win in my book, lol.
Head Cauliflower, florets removed
1 C Flour
1 package Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch
1 C Water
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 C Flour
1 T Cajun Seasoning
Oil For Frying
This BBQ Sauce is the best and the perfect amount https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/2017/01/20/quick-bbq-sauce/ (1 1/2 C Any other BBQ Sauce)
2 T Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 C Brown Sugar
-Combine 1 C Flour, ranch, water, garlic and seasoning salt. Coat cauliflower florets in mixture. Place on rack lined pan and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
-Combine 1 C Flour and Cajun seasoning. Place coated florets in flour mixture, ensure that they are all well coated, place back onto rack and allow to sit for at least 20 minutes, I have waited up to an hour (time got away from me, lol)
-Heat oil in skillet, you want enough oil to cover cauliflower. You want the oil to be at least 350 degrees prior to adding in cauliflower.
-Combine BBQ Sauce, lime juice and brown sugar together.
-Fry florets for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown, remove from grease and allow grease to drain, place in container with tight fitting lid, pour BBQ Mixture over cauliflower shake and serve. Enjoy!
