BBQ Dry Rub

This is a great recipe for any kind of meat.  I use often on pork country style ribs, but love it on chicken and fish as well.



1/4 C Brown Sugar

1/4 C Paprika

2 T Sugar

2T Chili Powder

2 T Granulated Garlic

1T Sea Salt

1 T Black Pepper

1T Cumin

1 T Onion Powder

2 tsp. Dried Oregano

2 tsp. Dry Mustard

1 tsp. Dried Thyme

1/2-1 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (amount depends on how spicy you want mixture)


-Place all ingredients in food processor.  This helps break up and mix in brown sugar evenly.

-Place in airtight container until ready to use.  Enjoy!
