Holiday Pinwheels



2 8oz. Blocks Cream Cheese, softened

1 oz. Package Ranch Dressing

1/2 tsp. Dried Chives

Dash Onion Powder

Dash Garlic Powder

Dash Fresh Ground Black Pepper

5 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas

1/2 C Green Bell Pepper, diced finely

7 oz. Jar Pimentos, drained, diced small


-In large bowl or stand mixer, combine cream cheese, ranch, onion powder, garlic powder, chives and pepper.

-Spread cheese mixture among tortillas, spread to edges.

-Sprinkle pepper and pimento between all tortillas.

-Roll tightly, wrap in saran wrap.  Refrigerate over night for best result.

-Slice into pinwheels just before serving. Enjoy!
