2 8oz. Blocks Cream Cheese, softened
0.4 oz. Packet of Buttermilk Ranch
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1T Frank’s Hot Sauce (other hot sauce should work)
1 tsp. Dried Chives
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 C Colby Jack Cheese, fine shredded
1/2 C Mild Cheddar Cheese, fine shredded
1 C Bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled, divided
-In stand mixer or large bowl, using medium speed combine cream cheese-black pepper. Ensure everything is well blended, reduce speed to low and add shredded cheese and 1/2 C Bacon.
-Place mixture into refrigerator for at least one hour, remove and form into ball. Coat outside with remaining bacon. Cover in saran wrap until ready to serve. Enjoy!
