Peanut Butter Fudge



4C Sugar

1 C Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 tsp. Salt

2 C Creamy Peanut Butter


-In large pot, over medium high heat, mix sugar and milk.  Only mix enough to moisten sugar, bring to boil.  Boil for 2 1/2 minutes.

-Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients.

-Pour into aluminum foil lined 13X9 inch baking pan.  Allow to cool completely before cutting.

-Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
