Creamy Chocolate Fudge



2 Sticks Softened Butter, cut into small pieces

6 C Sugar

12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk

7 oz. Marshmallow Fluff

12 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips

1/2 package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

2 tsp. Vanilla


-In large pot over medium heat, combine sugar, milk and butter.  Bring to boil, stir, allow to boil 5 minutes.

-Remove from heat, add in remaining ingredients except vanilla.  Stir until mixture starts to thicken.  Add in vanilla until mixture sticks to spoon without pouring off.

-I don’t allow all my chips to melt, I enjoy that bite of extra chocolate.

-Butter a large baking dish, pour in fudge, allow to cool completely before slicing.  Store in airtight container.  Enjoy!
