Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cookies



1 C Peanut Butter

1 Stick Butter, softened (unsalted)

1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed

1/2 C Sugar

1 Egg

3/4 tsp. Baking Powder

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 1/2 C AP Flour

3 T Milk

1 Bag Butterfinger Candy Bits


-In stand mixer, blend on medium speed, peanut butter, sugars and butter until blended and creamy.

-Add in egg, and remaining ingredients, except candy, until well blended, reduce speed to low and add in candy.

-Place dough in refrigerator at least 15 minutes prior to baking.

-Spoon out heaping tablespoon dough, lay on cookie sheet, use fork and press down in cross pattern.  Place cookies at about 2 inches apart.

-Bake 375 degrees 8-10 minutes or until cooked through, remove from oven, place pan on cooling rack for 5 minutes prior to moving cookies to a separate rack, allow to cool completely before storing. Enjoy!
