2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced thin
Medium Head Broccoli, florets removed
8 Slices Bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
2/3 C Half and Half
2/3 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/C Ranch Dressing
1 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Box Spaghetti Noodles
-Steam Broccoli for about 8 minutes, set aside.
-In large skillet add 2 tsp. Olive Oil, dust chicken with salt and pepper, cook over medium high heat until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
-Reduce temperature to medium low, add in half and half, cream and ranch. Slowly add in cheese, a little at a time until cheese starts to melt. Do this until all cheese is added and melted. Add in salt pepper and nutmeg.
-Cook pasta al dente, drain, set aside.
-Add cooked chicken, broccoli, bacon and pasta to sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
