Poultry Dry Rub

I use this rub oven for oven baked chicken, but this year I used it on the turkey prior to frying.  Give this a try next time you make turkey or chicken, I promise you wont be disappointed.



2T Garlic Powder

2T Onion Powder

2T Lemon Pepper

2T Seasoning Salt (such as Lawry’s)

2 tsp. Paprika

2 tsp. Herbs de Provence

1 tsp. Black Pepper


-Combine all ingredients, rub on dry meat of choice (moisture will make this gummy), as meat comes to temperature before cooking this mixture will stick on.  Cook meat as you desire.  Enjoy!
