4 Lb. Pork Loin Roast
3/4 C Kraft Toasted Asian Sesame Dressing
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 T Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/2015/03/12/sweet-chili-sauce/
1/4 tsp. Chinese Five Spice
1 C Fresh Spinach, stems removed
-Place roast in large bag, pour in dressing and allow to marinate 4 hours to overnight.
-Drain meat, and slice open. Start cutting down center until you’re about 1 inch from outside edge. As you pull meat, run knife to slice open roast, can simply cut in half for easier prepping.
-Combine cream cheese, five spice and chili sauce , ensure it mixed well.
-Place cream cheese inside of roast, leaving some gap from outside edge. Top with spinach. Roll up roast and tie with baking twine. Ensure not to tie too tight or filling may come out.
-Place in baking pan, bake 450 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking about one hour, or until internal temperature reaches 155 for medium rare, can cook longer.
-Remove from oven and pan, wrap in foil and allow to rest at least 15 minutes prior to cutting. Enjoy!
