Skillet Lasagna

This is a simple and tasty meal.  Its kiddo approved, and wont fill the sink with dirty dishes.



1 tsp. Olive Oil

1 lb. Ground Turkey

1 medium Shallot, minced

1 Garlic Clove, minced

15 oz. Jar of Red Sauce

1/2 C Heavy Cream

1/4 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1lb Bag of Mafalda Pasta ( can use other)

2 T Italian Dressing, can use olive oil


-In large skillet over medium low heat, eat olive oil.  Add in turkey, garlic and shallot, cook until meat is done.

-Break pasta, and cook al dente. Drain and coat in Italian dressing.

-Pour cooked pasta over meat, top with sauce, heavy cream, and remaining ingredients.  Stir until cheese melted.  Enjoy with more parmesan on top!
