I needed a new idea for pork chops, I had tons of Monterey Jack cheese, so this recipe was born. It will make a perfect addition to your next Mexican themed meal night.
4-6 Pork Chops, bone in, thin
8oz. Bottle Kraft Zesty Lime Vinaigrette
1 1/2 C Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
8 oz Block of Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Can Rotel
1/3 C Milk
1/4 C Sour Cream
1 C White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 C Monterey Jack Cheese, Delete repeated word
-In large bag, pour dressing over pork chops. Marinate 6 hours to overnight.
-Pan fry the chops over medium heat, until they are almost done. Place in baking dish.
-In medium pot, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk and rotel over medium low heat. Cook until cream cheese melts. Slowly add in cheese, allowing to melt before adding more. Once all cheese is added and melted.
-Pour cheese sauce over pork chops, top with shredded cheese.
-Bake 350 for 15 minutes, or until chops are completely cooked. Enjoy!
