Jalapeno Popper Cheeseball

I and my family love cheeseballs.  I make them often for parties and birthdays, and without fail everyone loves them.  So of course I had to find a new way to create an awesome flavor combination.

1 Block Cream Cheese, room temperature

1/2T Dried Parsley

1 tsp. Lime Juice

3/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

3/4 tsp./ Cumin

Cayenne to taste

2 Jalapenos, seeded and diced small (reserve 1/2 T)

1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, grated

8 Pieces Bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled (reserve 2 pieces for later)

1/4 C Cheddar Cheese, grated

-In medium bowl, using hand mixer, whisk the cream cheese.  Add in Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and seasonings, ensure well blended.

-Mix in 1/2 C Cheese, 6 slices of bacon crumbles and jalapenos.

-Mix 1/4 C Cheese, 2 slices of crumbles and leftover jalapenos on a plate.

-Form cheese mixture into a ball, coat in mixture on plate.  Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to over night.  Enjoy!

*Can use poblano peppers to lessen the heat of the finished product.
