3 medium Red Potatoes, peeled, diced
3 Carrots, diced
1 medium Turnip, peeled, diced
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 T Butter
1T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp. Ground Sage
Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste
-Place 2 T Butter on bottom of large piece of foil, top with vegetables. Place last 2 T Butter, Worcestershire Sauce and seasoning. Close over tight with foil.
-Place on grill, and cook 20-30 minutes, flipping over half way through, cook until vegetables are soft. Enjoy!
