These are easy, but so tasty. I really wanted to call them everything but the kitchen sink, but that didn’t sound as appealing, so the fruit only was used, lol.
4 1/4-1/2 Thick, Bone In Pork Chops
1/2 T Salt
1/2 T Paprika
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Ground Sage
2 T Olive Oil
2/3 C Apricot Preserves
1/4 C Spicy Mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Franks (or other) Hot Sauce to taste (optional)
-Combine rub ingredients together, rub both sides of the chops. Set aside.
-Combine all sauce ingredients together, I suggest using a whisk to combine well.
-Grill chops as you usually would, 5 minutes prior to serving, brush both sides with sauce. Can reserve some for serving. Enjoy!
