Spicy Grilled Potatoes

This has been a family favorite for years, the spice comes from hot sauce, which you can omit if you desire.  Even my kids will eat this, so I guess its not too spicy.



4 Red Potatoes, diced

1/2 Yellow Onion, diced

1/4 C Sweet Bell Pepper, diced

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

4T Butter, cubed

2T Frank’s Hot Sauce (any will work)

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/2 C Shredded Cheese


-Place potatoes, onion, peppers and garlic on large piece of foil, top with salt and pepper, then butter, and franks.  Wrap foil to make packet.image

-Place on grill seam side down for 10 minutes, flip over and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until veggies are done to desired softness.  Remove from grill, sprinkle with cheese. Allow to melt, Enjoy!
