Homemade Hotdog Chili

I always want hotdogs but never seem to have chili, so I created my own recipe.  I freeze any extra, but I cant always guarantee that there will be extra left over.  This stuff was amazing on a hotdog.

Yields about 2 15oz. Cans of Chili

Ingredients:

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef

1 Yellow Onion, minced

1 8oz. Can Tomato Sauce

1/2 C Beef Broth

2 T Worcestershire Sauce

2 T Chili Sauce

2 T Brown Sugar

1 T Spicy Mustard

2 tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 tsp. Celery Salt

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

-In medium pot over medium heat cook meat, when meat is half way cooked add in onion.  Cook until meat is done. Drain if needed.

-Add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce to simmer, cook 5 minutes.  Enjoy!
